Fee Refund & Transfer Policy

Registration Fee
The admission registration fee paid at the time of application is collected towards application processing, document verification, administrative procedures, and seat reservation. Therefore, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
Course Fee
Once admission is confirmed and the course fee (whether full or partial) has been paid, the fee is considered as acceptance of the seat reserved for the student and the resources allocated for the program. Accordingly, all course fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal, cancellation, non-attendance, change of plans, or discontinuation of the course.

Fly Air Aviation Academy reserves the right to interpret, amend, or update this policy from time to time in accordance with its academic and administrative requirements. Any such changes shall apply prospectively and be communicated through the academy's official channels where applicable.
